I Have been doing a lot of research on sleeping and how to wake up on time. I have always trouble sleeping and getting up on time. I can't even entertain the thought of going to sleep earlier than 11 pm. I get up at 5 am every morning and it is a struggle. So I wanted to find a way to sleep less and feel more refreshed.
I read these website articles I found threw Google searches.
