Music is such an amazing thing. I think it is one of the greatest perks of life. Music has the power to make you feel alive like nothing else can. I am always looking for the new song that makes me feel so amazing. Have you ever heard a song that just made you want to dance. Then once you have listend to that song a few times it can get old and fast. That is why it is important to take a few minutes every day to branch out and try some new music. Do it once a week or month if you are to busy for a daily time slot.

The importance of Physical Fitness
I have talked about working out many times in this blog. If you want to feel great on the inside and outside you need to workout. Find something that is fun for you to do. One day a week I try to run around in the yard with my niece and nephew being a zombie. You would never guess but being a zombie works a fierce cardio workout.
