The importance of a workout

                              Physical fitness I know you don't want to hear but it is so important.This is my number one secret to feeling like a million bucks. I know it is very hard to start working out. It was hard for me to. It is so hard to get the motivation but when you make the commitment to do it 6 days a week it is worth it. Start smaller if you want. A good goal is ten minutes a day. Ten minutes is what I started with .
I don't suggest an hour workout at first but I love this picture. it rely puts things in perspective for me. 

                           Don't let your workout go unappreciated. If you have a new smart you can download the cardio trainer or any other number of apps that can track your steps and calories burned. Then you can always see how much you have worked out and feel good about what you have accomplished. If you don't have a phone then you should do a cardio as long as you can and keep track in a journal. Maybe think about getting a pedometer.


PERKS OF WORKING OUT
                    1. Healthier immune system and heart (less chance of heart attack)
                    2. Be in shape (who doesn't want to look good)
                    3. Releases endorphin's that literally make you feel like a million bucks
                    4. Things that are hard for you(IE: taking out the trash or mowing the lawn) will be so easy.
                    5.  Live longer and feel happier


           Do not eve give up. If you always strive to push yourself a little harder than you will always feel like a million bucks.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to one of my heroes

One of my heroes is Peter Mcwilliams.


                    Such an amazing author  I strongly recommend reading YOU CAN'T AFFORD THE LUXURY OF A NEGATIVE THOUGHT. This book changed my life. I read this book about three years ago and still try to read a few pages everyday. Peter Mcwilliams is a genius on positive thinking and teaches you how to change.
